1Agreement and Acceptance
This is a legal agreement between you, the user, and 0DTE Toolbox (the "Operator" or "we"). By clicking "I Agree" and accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").
If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.
2A Critical Risk Disclosure

The strategies and tools provided on this platform relate to trading options, including Zero Days to Expiration (0DTE) options, which are highly speculative and involve a substantial risk of loss. You could lose your entire investment, and in some cases, more than your initial investment.
Only use capital you can afford to lose.

We Are Not Advisors: The content, data, tools, and analytics are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. We are NOT a registered Investment Advisor, Broker-Dealer, or any other regulated financial professional.

4AI, Simulated Results, and Data Accuracy
Inherent Limitations of Models: You acknowledge that any scenarios, metrics, or hypothetical results generated by our mathematical models or Artificial Intelligence (AI) have inherent limitations. They do not represent actual trading performance.
Real-World Factors: Simulated results may under- or over-compensate for real-world trading factors, including liquidity, slippage, execution costs, and real-time market volatility. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Data Reliability: Market data is sourced "as is" from third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of this data.
5User Responsibility (Your Sole Responsibility)
You are SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for your trading decisions.
You agree to conduct your own due diligence and consult with a licensed financial advisor before acting on any information from this platform.
You assume the entire risk of any and all trading decisions, profits, or losses resulting from your use of our tools. The Operator accepts no liability for any financial losses or damages incurred by you or any third party.
6Limitation of Liability (Our Maximum Protection)
Exclusion of Damages: In no event shall the Operator, its affiliates, or data providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, losses of profit, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.
Maximum Liability Cap:
If, despite the above, a court finds the Operator liable for any reason, the maximum aggregate liability to you shall be limited to the lesser of:
- The total amount you paid for access to the Site in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
- One Hundred U.S. Dollars ($100.00).
7Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Mandatory Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver:
- •You agree that any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be settled exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in the State of Florida.
- •You understand that by agreeing to this, you are waiving your right to a trial by jury.
- •You agree that you will only bring claims against the Operator in your individual capacity, and you waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
8General Provisions
Regulatory Status: The Site and Operator are not registered with the SEC, FINRA, or any other regulatory body and do not offer services requiring such registration.
Intellectual Property: All content, tools, and proprietary software are the intellectual property of the Operator. You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any content without our express written permission.
